Questions we get asked quite often.

Q: Does echowin work with my existing phone system?

A: Yes, echowin can be used together with your existing phone system. You can simply forward your regular phone number to your new echowin number and have your calls answered automatically. You will get instructions on how to do this during the setup process.

Q: Do the callers have to say specific keywords to get answers?

A: No, our powerful AI engine has natural language understanding capabilities and can understand the context no matter how the caller asks the question. This is very different from traditional IVR systems that use digits on keypad or old school keyword based voice systems.

Q: What countries are currently supported?

A: While there are no restrictions in terms of which countries can call an echowin number, you can currently only get phone numbers from Canada and USA.

Q: How long does it take to get the system setup?

A: It only takes a few minutes to get up and running with echowin. Your AI agent will start picking up and answering phone calls in no time.

Q: What payment methods are currently supported?

A: We currently support all major credit and debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also support mobile payment systems like Apple Pay and Google Pay. We take wire transfers and checks for large amounts (enterprise).

Q: Do you take crypto?

A: No, we do not take cryptocurrency as a form of payment.

Q: Can I just use echowin as voicemail?

A: Absolutely, just forward your voicemail to your echowin number, its as easy as that.

Q: What countries are currently supported?

A: While we do not have restrictions in terms of where you can sign up for our platform from, we currently have phone numbers available for United States and Canada. These numbers support international inbound calls, and you may forward calls from other countries to your echowin number.

Q: What languages do you support?

A: We officially support English, however the AI models we use have shown to understand and be able to respond in other languages as well for simple queries.

Q: Is there an easy way to build scenarios?

A: Yes, you can talk to Cubie - our conversational agent that is an expert on scenarios and can help you build any scenario you would like to handle over the phone call.
